Sound familiar?

A clipboard line at check-in
Players queue while staff match names to a spreadsheet and chase payments.
Waivers in a shoebox
Paper forms that are hard to find, harder to check, and easy to lose.
No idea where anyone is
Marshals rely on radios and guesswork to know where teams are once the game starts.

For field owners

Everything before the first shot, handled.

Set up your field once. Redwing Ops takes care of the admin so your staff can focus on running safe, fun games.

Bookings

Players book and pay for game days online. You set capacity, pricing and rental gear, and see who's coming at a glance.

Digital waivers

Waivers are signed on the player's phone when they book, stored safely, and checked off automatically at the gate.

Game-day schedules

Plan rounds, briefings and breaks, then share the run sheet with staff and players so everyone knows what's next.

Live player tracking

See the whole field, in real time.

Players' phones share their position during the game, so marshals see every team on a live map. Spot a player who's wandered out of bounds, find someone who needs help, and keep rounds moving.

  • Team positions on a map of your field
  • Boundary and safe-zone alerts for marshals
  • Only shared while a game is running

For players

Your callsign. Your record.

Book your next game in a few taps, sign your waiver once, and walk straight onto the field. Every op you play builds your player profile.

  • A profile with your callsign and home field
  • Game history and stats across every Redwing Ops field
  • Quick check-in, no paperwork on the day
